Benjamin Tagbor, known as TAG is a Ghanaian International Disc Jockey, Entrepreneur and Creative Director.

Born and raised in Ghana, TAG believes in impacting the generation through music and sounds. He also believes in uplifting the future youth through Art and Fashion. His main mission is to use his skills to create a change in the entertainment world by releasing and promoting records that are timeless.

Benjamin Tagbor, widely known as DJ Tag was born January 1st 1997 in Accra, Ghana. He spent his early life in Nungua and the Volta Region of Ghana. 

At around 15 years old, Tag returned to Accra. 

DJ Tag’s music interest began when he was just a young boy and by the time he reached high school, Tag realised that his passion lay in music production and promotion. 

During this time, DJ Shiwaawa was very popular around Ghana and was the official DJ for one of the biggest musicians in the country, Ebony Reigns. 

After high school, Shiwaawa began to mentor Tag in the DJ’ing industry, teaching him much of what he knows about music today. Tag worked closely with Shiwaawa for years and eventually began playing his own gigs in clubs and concerts around Accra. 

In time, Shiwaawa introduced Tag to Fameye and soon after, he became the official DJ in the Fameye team. Since then, Tag has toured alongside Fameye all over Ghana and in 2022 completed a tour of Europe. 

Recently, Tag has launched his first official club tour- The Moon Tour.

MOON TOUR WITH TAG: The Moon Tour is an annual event hosted by TAG & EVE’S EYE PRODUCTION. We pick three different venues at the end of every year, which we call THE APOLLO LANDING. The main mission of The Moon Tour is to set a positive vibration of timeless records from the 70s, 80s & 90s to the new set Music we have now. With the music policy- HIP HOP, R&B, FUNK, DANCEHALL, REGGAE, AFROBEATS, HIGHLIFE, COUNTRY MUSIC, JAZZ etc..

We set up a positive vibration, where people come together to enjoy great music and connect with new people (Influencers, Business Owners, Managers, Artists etc.)  This also helps by preparing people for the upcoming year.
